Procedure for Appeal or Review of Imports Control License

In terms of Section 11(1) of Imports and Exports (Control) Act No. 1 of 1969, a written appeal regarding the decision of refusing  to issue a license (amending / suspending / cancelling) by the Controller General of Imports and Exports can be submitted to the relevant Minister within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of such decision.
