BOI registered enterprise and the raw material for import is required for Export Processing or Re-export Processing, a letter of recommendation from BOI,

Hub Enterprise and the raw material for import is required for entrepot trade purpose, a letter of recommendation from BOI,

Domestic Enterprise and the raw material for import is required for re-export or export purpose, a letter of recommendation from Export Development Board (EDB), should be submit along with the application. Download [PDF-150 KB]
If your Enterprise is a Domestic Enterprise and the raw material for import is required for local market oriented product, a direct request can be made through the Department. Download [PDF-505 KB]
