Effective from 25th September 2025, only the recommendation submitted through STRATLINK system by the recommendation authorities directly, will be considered for issuing Import and Export Control License. 

We encourage all customers to upload all required documents under "Attachments for obtaining a recommendation" in the attachment section to ensure compliance with the new process.
