Benefits of Obtaining the Bulk Import Control Licenses for Mobile Phones (Unit 04) 

With the full digitalization of the Department of Imports and Exports Control, we are now enabling the issuance of Bulk Import Control Licenses for mobile phones for the year 2026.

As mentioned in our previous web notice, applications may be submitted online from 15 November 2025, and licenses will be issued on 31 December 2025. Explore the key benefits below to see how this license can streamline your import process.
