The issuance of the Bulk Licenses for the year 2025 is expected to be implemented through the new online system by the Department of Import and Export Control, starting from December 1, 2024. Therefore, it is kindly requested to complete the relevant registration procedures by that date.

Additionally, as this new online system will be connected with the Sri Lanka Customs Department, it is kindly informed that all imports conducted using Bulk Licenses for the year 2024 must be shipped before the validity period of the import licenses (December 31, 2024).
